Ingredients
1 cup soaked buckwheat (soaked 1-2 hours)
1½ cups soaked sunflower seeds (soaked 6-8 hours)
1 banana (peeled)
1 tablespoon flax seed (ground)
1 teaspoon soy lecithin
Cold water
1 tablespoon carob powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Any spice that you like (optional; depends on the flavor that you want)
Recipe Directions
1. After seeds and buckwheat are soaked, add all ingredients into a blender.
2. Add water a little at a time, depending on how thick you want it.
