YieldMakes 1 meal or 2-3 dessert servings.
1 cup nut mylk
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon agave nectar, maple syrup, or yacon root syrup
Mix together all ingredients and let sit for about 10mins until the chia expands. Stir occasionally. Add more chia seeds if you want a thicker pudding.
