1/2 head red leaf romaine lettuce
1/2 head green leaf romaine lettuce
2 small fuji apples
3 cups halved red (or green) grapes
3 stalks celery (chopped diagonally-just to be fancy)
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
1/2 tablespoon honey
misc. spices (whatever you feel like-i went with cumin, chinese 5 spice, and cayenne-depends on what you have in the raw though)
juice of 1/4 lemon
simply toss all salad ingredients
cover in dressing mixture
let sit for about twenty minutes
EAT EAT EAT!!!

This salad was inspired by the rawfoods inspiration blog. its an AMAZING asian waldorf salad but i tweaked it since i really hate how every salad recipe i find is LOADED with fatty oils etc.
dont get me wrong, i love my fats, but sometimes you just need a fresh fruity salad.
