Recipe Directions

1 .Make almond milk by blending up the almonds with the water and straining.

2. Take a tablespoon of the frothy topping and set aside.

3. Blend the rest of the milk with all the other ingredients. Warm it up if you like.

4. Pour into a nice glass or coffee cup.

5. Top with the milky froth you set aside. Dust with cacao powder. Enjoy!

My version of Irish cream coffee.

Reminds me of a cappuccino. A nice morning treat!

Hi Matt, I believe the mixed spice has ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamon. You can normally buy it ready made in the shops. Otherwise, you can just use cinnamon instead.

Hello, I use unroasted maca, otherwise it wouldn't be raw.

Great idea! I've been looking for a drink just like this! A little more substantial than a nut mylk, but not as thick as a smoothie.
