1/2 cup almonds (soaked)
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 vanilla pod (scraped)
2 teaspoons maca
1 teaspoon cacao
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon mixed spice
1 .Make almond milk by blending up the almonds with the water and straining.
2. Take a tablespoon of the frothy topping and set aside.
3. Blend the rest of the milk with all the other ingredients. Warm it up if you like.
4. Pour into a nice glass or coffee cup.
5. Top with the milky froth you set aside. Dust with cacao powder. Enjoy!
My version of Irish cream coffee.
Reminds me of a cappuccino. A nice morning treat!
