2 cloves garlic
½ cup rice wine vinegar
¼ cup cold pressed olive oil or grapeseed oil
Cut jalapeno in half. Keep half the seeds, discard the other half.
Place jalapeno halves, garlic and vinegar in a food processor. Stream in the oil to desired consistancy. Done!
