3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon garlic (or more to taste)
¼ teaspoon cayenne (or more to taste)
Pinch of cumin (or more to taste)
1. Mix oil and spices together. Toss with jicama strips.
