2 heads of kale
2 tablespoons cold pressed organic olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
Pinch of chili powder
2 pinches of sea salt
1. Cut out the center tough stem part of the kale. Then cut each piece in 4. You can layer & cut them all together.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix all together.
3. Spread out on dehydrator trays. Check it after 4 hours, but it might take about 6 hours. They should be crispy.
