1 Large bunch of basil-or 5 tbls. of dry basil, If fresh-rip up into small pieces-wash
.66 cup Grape seed oil , put in Vitamix
5 Small cloves of garlic or 3 large ones, put in Vitamix
2 Avocados, Peel-remove pit-cut up
1 teaspoon Dry Orageno, put in Vitamix
1 teaspoon Dry thyme, put in Vitamix
1 teaspoon Dry Rosemary, put in Vitamix
6½ tablespoon Curry powder, put in Vitamix
½ a jalepeno pepper, put in Vitamix
1 Lemon, Peel-leave whole
1 Lime, Peel-leave whole
.66 cup Filtered water, put in Vitamix
1 Large bunch of kale , de-vain it and rip up into small pieces-wash
Place all ingredients in Vitamix or other high speed blender for one or two minutes on high or until everything is smooth (use accelerator tool to help). Chill in fridge over night if you want it cold-if not eat it at room temp. and enjoy. I used all dry herbs just because they are what I had in the house-but fresh ones would be a lot better.
