1 young thai coconut, drink coco water and save meat
2 medium vine-ripened tomatoes
1 handfull cilantro
1 clove garlic
¼ medium yellow onion
1 handful baby spinach or mixed greens
1 dash celtic sea salt(to taste)
juice of 1 large lemon or lime
dash cayenne pepper(to taste)
2 cup hot/warm water
blend until liquid: all ingredients except the hot water. add the 2 cups hot water(not hot enough to cook) just before serving. add more salt/cayenne to taste.

I drink this when I have the flu instead of chicken broth, If you add chunks of zucchini or mushrooms after taking it out of the food processor it may add some chickUNish texture. Love You
