A nice lighter breakfast for the weekends or anytime. I use Alissa Cohen’s really raw oats and they are nice raw and amazing if you do cook them once in a while. This raw version is perfect when having cravings for a good old fashioned bowl of oatmeal. This concoction is similar to my cooked version of oatmeal...

Recipe Directions

1. Soak the oats with warm water for about 20 minutes or so.

2. Process everything together in a food processor except the walnuts.

3. Sprinkle walnuts on top if you choose to use them.

This concoction is similar to my cooked version of oatmeal before I went raw.
