Creating Healthy Habits
1 sweet red apple, hacked up
1 lovely sweet banana, broken up a bit
½ avocado, chopped up a bit
5 goji berries
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 cup water
blend into oblivion. i think this could be good with a pinch of cinnamon for a wintery smoothie. just a pinch tho, i wouldnt overdo it :)
all the goodness of gogi berries and flaxseed, avocado protein and reminiscent of sweet apple sauce.
