1 red apple (hacked up)
1 banana (broken up a bit)
½ avocado (chopped up a bit)
5 goji berries
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 cup water
1. Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth.
All the goodness of gogi berries, flax seed, and avocado. Reminiscent of sweet apple sauce.
I think this could be good with a pinch of cinnamon for a wintery smoothie. Just a pinch though, I wouldn't overdo it :)
