½ cup cacao nibs
½ cup sultanas
1 cup coconut (desiccated)
½ cup almonds
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
3 tablespoons carob powder
3 tablespoons coconut or hemp flour
3 tablespoons agave nectar
3 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
3 tablespoons spirulina powder
2 tablespoons maca powder
1. Process all ingredients until well blended.
2. Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
3. Keep in the fridge. Enjoy!
