Recipe Directions

1. Melt cacao butter in a dehydrator or in double-boiler.

2. Once melted, add the remaining ingredients except bee pollen granules.

3. Pour chocolate into desired molds and sprinkle with bee pollen.

4. Place in freezer until solid.

Sorry for the delay! I wish there was a feature that notified me when there was a response :) I'm using Mesquite Pod Meal - I know what you mean, I used to immediately think "BBQ!" when I heard the term Mesquite. I use Ultimate SuperFoods Brand - And, Love it! It's very sweet - compliments chocolate nicely!

Hi, I need to ask, what form of mesquite are you using??? The only one I have heard of is for Bar B Q's "n_n"
