Makes 2-3 large smoothies
Ingredients
1 cup water or rice milk
¼ cup vanilla agave nectar
1 organic mango
1 organic banana
1 cup ice
Recipe Directions
slice the mango (specialized mango slicer is best) keep the skin on – clean thoroughly before you slice
peel banana
place mango,banana,vanilla agave nectar and rice milk in blender
blend for 15 seconds (if you are using a vitamix) depending on your blender the amount of time may vary.
Once you have the thickness you desire—Enjoy!

This would be great on a nice summer's day. It's been in the 70's here in So. Cal...gotta find me a mango or two!

I tried it with coconut milk & meat too & it was nice - but I didn't blend it long enough and it was a bit grainy.

Instead of water and agave nectar, I just used coconut water and a little of coconut meat, it's DELICIOUS! I'm drinking it right now... (oh yeah, no ice, it's wintertime!)
