1 mango (cubed)
1 cup cashew or almond milk
1 cup coconut water
½ vanilla bean
2 packets stevia (optional)
1 tablespoon tocotrienols (optional)
1 tablespoon lecithin granules (optional)
1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
Dash of sea salt
1. Blend all ingredients together.

I used fresh fruits and frozen cashew milk, but you can get similar results with fresh milk and one or more frozen fruits.
A great base for adding milder superfoods or supplements.
