1 Mango, dice
1 Avocado, dice
1 Tomato, diced
1 Lemon or lime, squeezed
1 Red Onion, sliced
1 Orange, squeezed
1 cup Red and green bell pepper, diced
3 Cloves of garlic, Chooped or minced
.125 Cilantro leaves, minced
.125 Basil leaves, minced
1 pinch Black pepper, chilli pepper or cayenne
1 pinch Sea salt (or not)
5 tablespoon Vinegar
4 tablespoon Olive oil
Long green leaves of choice collards, romaine lettuce, or kale
First I combined the lemon/lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, red onion, cilantro, pepper, basil and salt, in a container and let it sit for a half hour.
Then i diced up the avocado, mango, tomato, red and green peppers, and garlic, put in one container and then mixed it up. Pick your favorite green leaf and spread it across and enjoy. Your taste buds will go crazy and love you for it. yummy
You can also let it sit for a little while so the flavors can marinate nicely.
