1 cup broccoli florets
6 baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 cup very thin sliced carrot
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 dash sea salt or to your taste
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
Just place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well cover and place it in the refrigerator over night. I prepared it the night before and have it the next day for dinner. Bring to room temperature before serving. I hope everyone that try this enjoy it as much as I did.
