Wendilou's Thoughts

This is a nice light spread.

The peas are very sweet and you could also use this as a dip for crudite or crackers.

I like the bite of the onion with the sweet peas.

I once saw a similar recipe. The peas where to replace avacado for guacamole. You needed a BIG imagination for that one! I am sure your baby pea dip and spread will be much better.

Thanks,

mmm, I love mashed peas and I've just emptied the freezer of lots of frozen ones to use up. Thanks.
