2 cup cauliflower, ground in a food processor
¼ cup raw macadamia nuts, ground in a food processor
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 clove garlic, preferabley a small one, peeled
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients, except the gravy, and process until the mixture looks fluffy, like conventional mashed potatoes.

This is amazing, not exactly the same consistancey as mashed potatoes, but it is really really good.
