8 prunes (pitted)
2 tablespoons peanut butter or other raw nut butter
1 tablespoon agave nectar
2 tablespoons flax seeds
Handful of almonds (chopped)
Handful of raw oats
Handful of goji berries
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
3 tablespoons Greens Plus Powder (any green food powder)
1 tablespoon maca root powder
2 tablespoons pure cranberry juice
1. Mash prunes, nut butter, and agave nectar into a sticky paste with a fork in a large bowl.
2. Add all other ingredients mixing well with each addition.
3. Pour mix onto a foil lined baking sheet and press as thin as desired for bars. I baked this in my toaster oven at 150 F, opening the door occasionally to let some heat out as to not "cook" the food. If you have a dehydrator, that would work even better.
4. Dehydrate until desired consistency.
