Ingredients
-1 Packages of Arame (soaked according to instructions)
-4 Squashes (Make into pasta like strands using a spiral slicer, mandolin slicer, Vegetable Peeler) and let sit at room temp for about 4 hours (I thinly sliced Dandelion Greens and mixed in with the squash pasta massaging the mix with Celtic Sea salt to tenderize everything)
-Diced Tomatoes
-Diced Celery
-Dandelion Greens, or any other greens
-1-2 Avocados, diced
-Parsley, chopped
-Basil, chopped
-1/4-1/2 cup Shallots or purple onion, chopped
-Garlic, chopped
-Juice of 3-4 lemons or limes
-Sea salt/pepper to taste

****Use as much or little of each ingredient listed...it's your taste buds, your salad, your palate, so paint it! *****

Dressing:
*** Just chop and blend***
-1-2 Avocados, diced
-Parsley, chopped
-Basil, chopped
-1/4-1/2 cup Shallots or purple onion, chopped
-Garlic, chopped
-Juice of 3-4 lemons or limes
-Sea salt/pepper to taste
Preparation:
-Toss Veggies in into the pasta
-Then pour dressing over the "pasta". Top with anything beautiful, tasty, and edible.
