Ingredients
1 cup frozen grapes
1 teaspoon spirulina (or blue-green algae)
1 lemon, juiced
2 teaspoon raw honey
1 cup ice
mint leaves or lemon balm leaves
Recipe Directions
Blend all these ingredients in your food processor, blender, vitamix, whatever. Serve in a lovely wine glass, with a sprig of mint leaves or lemon balm leaves…. Feel free to experiment with amounts/subbing ingredients, this is what raw is all about :) Enjoy, sweet ones.
