Creating Healthy Habits
1 banana, sliced
2 dried prunes, chopped
1 tblespoon each goji berries, cacao nibs
1 teaspoon (or more) fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon each: hemp seeds, sprouted (or not) flaxseeds
1/2 cup of almond milk
Give it a few minutes to get mushy.
