1 banana (sliced)
2 dried prunes (chopped)
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 teaspoon or more fresh ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (sprouted or not)
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1. Mix together. Give it a few minutes to get mushy.
A divine mush that is best done raw!
