Creating Healthy Habits
5 baby carrots
1 cup raw baby spinach
1 teaspoon raw molasses
2 pinch stevia powder
1 cup flax seeds
3 cup filtered water, or vitamin water
1 slice raw beet
2 tablespoon raw ginger
Blend it all in a blender. I have a cheap blender so I just left it on longer, but it was all blended, even the flax seeds and carrots. No chunks at all. I added the beets to color it red because without it the color is brown and that automatically turns me away from drinking it, but it tastes so yummy!!
This is a wonderful, refreshing, and powerful morning drink. I only got five hours of sleep last night and when I woke up this morning and made this, I had a burst of energy that has lasted throughout the day!
