5 baby carrots
1 cup raw baby spinach
1 teaspoon raw molasses
2 pinches of stevia powder
1 cup flax seeds
3 cups water or Vitamin Water
1 slice of raw beet
2 tablespoons raw ginger
1. Blend it all in a blender.
This is a wonderful, refreshing, and powerful morning drink.
I only got 5 hours of sleep last night but when I woke up this morning and made this, I had a burst of energy that has lasted throughout the day!
I have a cheap blender so I just left it on longer, but it was all blended, even the flax seeds and carrots. No chunks at all.
I added the beets to color it red because the color is brown without it, and that automatically turns me away from drinking it, but it tastes so yummy!
