Yieldabout 4-5 cups
8 Baby Bella mushrooms
3 celery stalks
2 clove garlic (and/or garlic powder)
5 asparagus spears
½ cup cashews
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 juiced lime (and/or vinegar)
¼ cup oil
sprinkle various herbs (i used: rosemary, parsley, mint, sage)
dash salt & pepper
Very very simple: put everything in blender!
I garnished with: crushed walnuts, chopped purple cabbage, and chopped red peppers.

I’ve really NEVER liked traditional cream of mushroom soup, but i have to admit it’s pretty damn good when made fresh! :9
*May also be used as “pasta” sauce, salad dressing, or dipping sauce.
