This is delicious.

Recipe Directions

Blend one or two favourite apples. Soak dried mulberries in blended apples for a few hours or overnight in fridge. This makes quite a bit, so I usually make each portion individually, so all measurements are approximate.

In small (or LARGE!) bowl, add the soaked mulberry mix, a few spoonfuls of shredded coconut, and a few dashes of yummy Vanilla Nut Milk of choice – my fave is Brazil Nut Milk. Mix and add lucuma powder to taste and swirl in freshly ground flax seeds – I like golden ones.

I will post a photo soon – although it is kind of a goopy look. This is so exquisite, I promise!

Oh wow thank you so much for a recipe with no nuts! I know there is nut milk, but I do not mind a little nut milk as I use it and most of the nuts goes to the leftover pulp so it doesn't really matter to me. Thank you!!!

This sounds fantastic. I was looking at dried mulberries at the health food store just last night and wondering what I would do with them.....and here this morning is the answer. I must be meant to try them. Thanks.
