Ingredients
3 mushrooms per person
pinch lemon juice
olive oil
raw cheese shredded
pinch salt
Recipe Directions
Cut mushrroms in very thin slices and extend in a plate. Add salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Let marinate for 30 minutes or more. Serve with raw cheese shredded in top.

Thank's for the nut cheese advice. I have just started a transition to raw food and I've never make nut cheese before. This is my first raw recipe (of course I have take lettuce/tomato salad before :-)) and i've taken it with raw sheep cheese. If I don't go mad learning on this new way of eating I will try to make those nut cheeses soon!!

Since this is a raw, vegan site, a nut cheese might be a better ingredient than a dairy cheese. I think that it would be just as good, if not better!

Sounds good to me. I use raw sheep cheese on occasion, just like others use maple, etc. Can't wait to try it! Thanks
