Creating Healthy Habits
1 Collard, Romaine, or other leafy green
¼ Avocado, Mashed
3 tablespoon Pinenuts (Pignolias)
1. Lay out leaf.
2. Scoop mashed avocado into center spine of leaf.
3. Sprinkle pinenuts on top of avocado.
4. Roll and enjoy!
Super simple, quick and easy, nutritious and delicious. What more can I say? The funny thing about this is I do not care for any of these items alone but together… together they are one of my favorite foods!
