Super simple, quick, easy, nutritious, and delicious. What more can I say? The funny thing about this is I do not care for any of these items alone, but together, they are one of my favorite foods!

Isn't it amazing how much more satisfying and substantial the veggies are in a wrap?

Thanks. I got the idea from a salad I used to always make. I had greens with avo and pinenuts. Modified it to make it easy to eat finger food and I actually think I prefer this now! :)
