2 cups walnuts (soaked)
½ cup flax seed (ground)
½ red pepper
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3 dates (soaked)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1. Blend all in food processor.
2. Form into little balls and dehydrate till crispy on outside but still a little soft inside.
Measurements are all a guess, I always just throw things together. This is the most popular “meat” recipe I have ever invented. My sister and boyfriend wanted something that had hamburger flavor so I looked up the ingredients for a cooked burger and came up with this. Tastes awesome with raw
