1½ cup pitted deget noor dates
.33 cup fresh lime juice
3 cup fresh mango
4 tablespoon ground flax seeds
¼ cup dried shredded coconut
Place everything in a food processor and blend until all ingredients are chopped up. If you want it chunky, then soak the dates ahead of time. Place in a deep glass dish and garnish with the shredded coconut. If you dont mind the extra fat then pour some coconut oil in the mixture for a really rich taste.
