Ingredients
2/3 cups dates, soaked in coconut water overnight
1 coconut
1/2 tsp ground vanilla pod
Recipe Directions
1. poke out eyes of coconut and drain liquid into dates and soak overnight in fridge
2. break open rwith hammer and run coconut through juicer. you can keep the pulp to make "macaroon chews"
3. blend everything.
