YieldAbout 7 medium bowlfuls
3 cups buckwheat (soaked and sprouted)
FOR THE CEREAL
1 cup quinoa (soaked and sprouted)
1 cup hemp seeds (soaked and sprouted)
1 apple (grated)
1 pear (grated)
1 cup mix of chopped brazil nuts, pecans and hazelnuts (soaked and dehydrated)
Handful of blueberries
Big handful of dates
Cinnamon to taste
FOR THE MILK
1/2 cup sesame seeds (soaked)
3-4 dates (soaked)
1. To make the milk: Blend the Sesame seeds, dates and water and strain through a muslin bag. Keep the pulp for the cereal.
2. To make the cereal: Put all the ingredients except the dates and cinnamon in a big bowl with the sesame seed pulp. Blend the dates with some water to make a sticky syrup that is not too thick but not runny, Mix the syrup into the mix and add as much cinnamon as you like.
3. Spread out onto mesh dehydrator trays and dehydrate for about 9 hours until its crunchy. Break up into smaller pieces, put some in a bowl, pour the milk over and enjoy!

I got a dehydrator recently so experimented with making this up.
Its an amazing way to start the day full of nutrition.
The Quinoa is a complete protein and the hemp seeds have your omega 3 and 6s and the sesame milks full of calcium...plus its sooo tasty!
