2 cup oat groats, soaked
2 tablespoon water
dash celtic sea salt
Put everyone into the food processor and process till it is the texture you like. Add what ever toppings you like and enjoy.

I love this in the morning. I love the way you can change this dish and not have it the same way twice in one week. You can top it with my Black Tar put in some raisins with maple syrup and cinnamon. I even like it with apples and cinnamon. Top it with almond milk. Pop it into your dehydrator as you prepare for the day for an hour or so till warm. YUMM! You can really have fun with this. Enjoy
