I adapted this recipe from Juliano’s cookbook. The original recipe called for raisins instead of carob chips. Same amount. But my family, except me, doesn’t eat raisins. Everyone in my house eats it, even the SAD eaters!

Recipe Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.

2. Build into cookies on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate the cookies at 90 F for 12 hours or until they are your preferred texture.

sounds good, question about carob chips. those might have some have conventional "unkosher" ingredints.
