Creating Healthy Habits
1½ cup Barley, Soaked overnight.
1 teaspoon Orange zest
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup Dates
.33 cup water
1 cup chopped walnuts
Put all in blender and mix thoroughly.
Place batter on teflex or solid sheet. Dehydrate for appoximately 8-10 hours. Turn cookies after 4 hours.
These are my daughters favourate.
