3 apples (grated)
1 cup poppy seed (ground in coffee grinder)
½ cup coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Raw honey, agave, or soaked raisins with soaking water (to sweeten)
1. Mix everything together.
2. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours.
I grew up in Eastern Europe, and poppy seed pastries were everywhere!
My mom made all sort of yummy creations out of poppy seed.
