Creating Healthy Habits
3 apples, grated
1 cup poppy seed, ground in coffee grinder
½ cup coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
raw honey, or agave or, soaked raisins with soaking water, to sweeten
Very simple recipe. Just mix everything together and dehydrate for 10-12 hours.
I grew up in Eastern Europe and poppy seed pastries were everywhere! My mom made all sort of yummy creations out of poppy seed. here is a raw version.
