there is a recipe on this site for refrigerator pickles using lemon juice. basically lemon juice, pickling cucumbers, garlic, onions, dill, water. they are sooooo good, i eat a half a jar at a time. look up the recipe for ratios.

Oh this is soooo good! Tastes exactly like my potato salad did. I wanted a smoother texture, so I pulsed the jicama and squash in a food processor a bit. Thank you SOOO much for this recipe!

I agree - your recipes are so creative! And they are stuff that I crave! :) Could you tell us which mayo recipe you used? I know there are several. I tried one and it didn't turn out so great. I have been craving potatoe salad too! thanks!
