Creating Healthy Habits
2 optional zuccini, chopped and peeled
2 staulks celery, chopped
2 pickles, chopped
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
mayonaise to taste (see recipe on this site)
salt and pepper to taste
½ purple onion
½ vidalia or green onion
Mix all together and enjoy! The optional part is if you decide to make this in advance. The cubed zuccini only lasts a day so don’t put it in if you are making this for a family gathering the next day or if you want it to last a few days. I am going to try it out on my family on fathers day and make the mayonaise with brazil nuts for added nutrition and health benefits.
