I put some water in my blender with the goji berries and flaxseeds and let them sit for a few minutes while I got the remaining ingredients out, then blended them well. I then added the beet greens and comfrey leaves and kept blending well, then added the remaining ingredients and blended until it was smooth.

Thick, tasty, and so good for you!

This is a wonderfully healing and mineral rich smoothie. Don't be afraid of the comfrey! It is very safe to eat and use every day (yes, internally!). It is one of the best healing herbs that there is, but it has gotten a bad rap. If you are still hesitant, then just leave it out.
