2 cups raisins
5 ounces almond meal
3 tablespoons walnuts (crushed)
5 tablespoons tahini paste (enough to form firm balls)
Coconut (to roll balls in)
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, adding only enough tahini to form firm dough.
2. Roll into walnut size balls.
3. Roll in coconut and enjoy!
