4 cups apples (with skin, washed, cored, chunked)
1 cup raisins, dates, or figs
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 lemon (including peel)
1. Blend all ingredients together (or use a food processor).
2. Add more water to thin it out more.
