Recipe Directions

-Combine Wheat(quinioa), 1/2nana(Use regular Banana, not Red:), Milk(1/4C), and A pintch of salt in blender. -Mash the other 1/2nana and combine with the Honey. Fold in with the other mixture. -Top with Fruit(Recipe tag Fruit Bowl), Nuts(Chop the nuts in 1/2) and Cinnamon.

I was looking for things to make for breakfast and when I found this I thought it was a great idea. It tastes great too! Thank you for a good healthy breakfast recipe

I like how you took a bite out of it..then took the pic.You usually don't see that in food pics. I think it's a nice touch. Makes me wanna have the next bite. :)

Sounds great. I make a similar dish with ground brown rice. Be sure to rinse the quinoa to remove saponins. Allison
