Recipe Directions

mix noodles and veggies together in a big bowl

mix the dressing well (I use a magic bullet)

dress the noodles and veggies before serving and top with sesame seeds.

Store sauce separately from noodle/veggie mix so that veggies don't get soggy.

enjoy!

Cupcakes revenge's Thoughts

Here's a delicious stir-"fry" made with raw kelp noodles and spicy almond sauce. If you haven't yet tried kelp noodles, I highly recommend them. They have a slight crunch to them, are light, don't have any discernible taste and don't make you feel heavy and sleepy afterward like regular pasta.

Absolutely LOVED this recipe!!! I used peanut butter (the grounded peanuts you get at WholeFoods) instead of almond butter (since that was all I had) and I used Buckwheat noodles instead of Kelp.

Nice recipe- that basic sauce is awesome and has been a go-to of mine over the years, though now I leave out soy sauce myself- ginger, garlic, lemon, nut butter and something salty- yum! Also, I adore kelp noodles! One thing I learned after using them for quite a while, is that they are very easy to soften just by soaking in fairly warm water, haven't timed it but I'd guess 10-15 mins. Super soft and yummy.
