- 1/2 a cup of soaked buckwheat
- 1 teaspoon of cinammon
- 3 raspberries for topping (optional)
Soak the buckwheat for at least 8 hours, rinse the buckwheat very well. Add the buckwheat , one banana and 1 teaspoon of cinammon in food processor mix until smooth. pour the raw buckwheat porridge in a bowl and top it off with some fressh fruit, like chopped apple, raspberries, strawberry, chopped up nuts or even add some vanilla powder. Its all up to you with what toppings you like.

Its very simple with only 3 or 4 ingridients.
