A nice and delicious raw buckwheat porridge. Its filling. Great for breakfast or as a snack! Its very simple with only 3 or 4 ingredients. Enjoy!

Recipe Directions

1. Soak the buckwheat for at least 8 hours. Rinse the buckwheat very well.

2. Add the buckwheat, 1 banana, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a food processor and mix until smooth.

3. Pour the raw buckwheat porridge in a bowl and top it off with some fresh fruit like chopped apple, raspberries, strawberry, chopped up nuts, or even add some vanilla powder.
