1/2 cup buckwheat (soaked)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 raspberries for topping (optional)
1. Soak the buckwheat for at least 8 hours. Rinse the buckwheat very well.
2. Add the buckwheat, 1 banana, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a food processor and mix until smooth.
3. Pour the raw buckwheat porridge in a bowl and top it off with some fresh fruit like chopped apple, raspberries, strawberry, chopped up nuts, or even add some vanilla powder.
