1. Grate the cucumber with a cheese grater.
2. Add the avocado, garlic and sunflower seed butter and mash up with your hands.
3. Serve in crisp romaine and ENJOY the delicate flavors!
This is SO simple to make, requires very few ingredients and tastes DELICIOUS!
