1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (or any berries of your choice)
1/4 cup of homemade almond milk (or any other dairy-free milk of your choice, such as coconut milk, soy milk, hemp seed milk, rice milk…etc)
1 serving of FIT Garden of Life protein powder (or any other protein powder of your choice)
1 tbsp of raw cacao
1 tbsp of raw carob
dash of Himalayan pink salt
dash of cinnamon
dash of cardamon
sprouted sunflower and pumpkin seeds
1. In a high speed blender, blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
2. Top it of with any of the superfoods of your choice.
Start the day with this delicious chocolate flavored breakfast. This treat contains chocolate in its purest form: raw cacao and raw carob. These are extremely rich in magnesium, iron, zinc, and antioxidants.
