YieldMakes 2 cups of nut milk
½ cup raw brazil nuts, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
½ cup raw almonds, soaked overnight, drained, and rinsed
5 cup pure water
.125 cup raw agave nectar (using maple syrup gives it a really nice flavor, although it's not raw)
Blend everything in your vita-mix except the sweetener and strain it through a nut milk bag. I squeeze it really tight so there’s alot of milk and the pulp is crumbly and drier than most. Put the milk back in the blender with the sweetener and there’s your liquid whipped cream. You may need more sweet, depending.
