Small cucumbers or dice big ones, washed
garlic, halfed if desire
Dill with roots
the laurel sheet
green jalapeno papers
the horseradish leaves, if you can find it
Wash the cucumbers.in the jar lay out the spices and garlic then add cucumbers and jalapeno,top with some more dill.Add salted water(room temperature)1teaspoon of salt on one glass(225ml)of water.Cover the jar with wait cloth(cotton is the best)and put to the sunn place for 1 day,then keep it in a warm place(but no more sun)for 5-7 days!!!!And enjoy your pickles.Keep them in the same jar,closed in the fridge for a month if you can of course!!!:)
Little tip.The brine(rassol)is the first aid in the morning if you had a late and drunk night out or you may find it usefull in the soups.
