Equipment
None
Ingredients
1 head Romaine lettuce, Washed
10 ounce Grape tomatoes, Washed
2 Ribs Celery, Washed and diced
1 Colored bell pepper, Washed and diced
Recipe Directions
I will cut the celery and pepper into small cubes and then put a handful of that mixture with about 5 or 6 grape tomatoes inside a romaine leaf. Then roll the romaine leaf until you have a wrap. These are fast, easy and extremely healthy. As a modified version you can add a small amount of ripe avocado to the mixture. Make sure you eat over a plate as the tomatoes can create a lot of liquid.

This is great! I love to put a layer of spinach on top of the romaine followed by red, yellow, orange, and green bell pepper pieces! Top that off with celery cubes and you have a great wrap! Well done!
