1 to 2 cups water
2 handfuls of either spinach, chard, or kale leaves
Sprigs of parsley
Mango (with the skin on)
1. Combine everything and mix that up in my Vitamix, and then pour it over Phil's Ultimate Breakfast.

What I started doing was eliminating the liquid aspect of the Phil's Ultimate Breakfast and replacing it with a green smoothie, which gave me a cross between a smoothie and a chunky, therefore we have a schmunckie!
The green smoothie itself has become known as a schmunckie in our house.
The basic formula is to use 60% fruit and 40% greens, then it looks green but has the flavor of fruit! Clever, don't you think?
A great nutritious way to start your day. Even our grand kids like this!
