2 cups sesame seeds (soaked overnight)
1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
½ cup flax seeds (optional soaking)
¼ cup date mush (soak dates then blend till very smooth)
¼ cup sticky sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup nuts of choice (chopped coarsely; optional)
1. Soak the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and nuts of choice (if you eat nuts) overnight, and then drain completely.
2. Mix everything very thoroughly and spread on a teflex sheet to about 1/2 inch thick.
3. Dehydrate at 105 F for about 24 hours, flipping half way. It takes a while but its worth it.
4. Add more or less sweetener to your liking.
Sticky, sweet, fun little bar of energy.
